Brought up in an environment where equality on all levels is practiced, we treat the students as friends. Being part of the women’s college is a pleasure for us as it affords in observing and encouraging the profound personal transformation which young women undergo in the college environment. We believe in imparting collective inspiration, aspiration and motivation that should be natural parts of women scholars. Our objective is to foster the student’s independence as well as their interdependence. We see collective endeavor and mutual support amongst women as a means of benefiting individual students, as well as society at large, most importantly, it will help them to have better interpersonal relationships when they enter the corporate world.
