About the Club
The Health Club of Mangayarkarasi College of Arts and Science for Women prioritize the well-being and empowerment of women. In this fast-moving world, it is crucial for women to take care of their health and address specific concerns that affect them uniquely. Our club is dedicated to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for women to focus on their overall health, with a special emphasis on addressing Anemia and Mensuration specific for the year 2023. At our health club, we have a team of dedicated members to provide personalized guidance and support to address anemia and menstrual health concerns. Our club offers a variety of services, including regular health check-ups, nutrition counseling, fitness classes, and educational workshops. Our health club provides a platform for women to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. We organize regular support groups and social events to encourage mutual support and empowerment. Vision:- To provide a safe and supportive environment where young women can improve their fitness level, and achieve their health and wellness goals

Mission:
- Educating young women on the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices
- Offering education on nutrition and resources to promote healthy eating habits to avoid anemic conditions
- Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports the body and mind to attain positivity and self-confidence
- Focusing on menstrual health problems and its management
- Empowering young women to take control of their own health and fitness goals
- To educate women students on the importance of a healthy diet rich in iron and vitamins to prevent anemia
- To provide information on the signs and symptoms of anemia and how to seek medical attention if necessary
- To discuss strategies for managing menstrual pain and its resultant discomfort
- To offer support and resources to those experiencing menstrual irregularities or heavy bleeding
- To facilitate open and honest discussions about menstruation to reduce stigma and promote positive attitude towards menstruation
